Throughout my journey, I have learned the core principles of marketing and many best practices to create brands, drive customer growth, and build retention.
With family, friends, and even strangers that were aspiring entrepreneurs, I noticed that the biggest challenges they faced as business owners was typically related to marketing. In my opinion, marketing is the most underappreciated function of a business, but it is the most critical to building sustainable growth. Let's just say, I am a believer that brands cannot be built without marketing and products can not be sold without a strong marketing plan. I have always been a "Get Stuff Doner" with the ability to add a special touch to copy, creative, and overall customer experience. For 20+ years, I have supported global brands with valuable ideas, creative and effective marketing, and developed proven strategies to help build brands, grow acquisitions and improve customer retention.
"Out of the box thinking" is such a cliché but it truly is how I ideate. In addition to sales & marketing, I have spent my career in other valuable roles; such as, project management, business development, risk management, and sourcing & procurement. These experiences have given me the ability to approach business cases and opportunities with a unique lens. I have been able to make data-driven decisions, optimize where opportunities exist, and create forward thinking strategies; all while keeping the customer top of mind.
